Walter Jankovic leads Harmonic’s financial strategy, overseeing finance, operational excellence, and business transformation. With 30+ years in technology, he has held senior roles at Lumentum, Oclaro, and Celestica, and previously worked at Nortel Networks and Deloitte. Walter holds a B.A. in Chartered Accountancy Studies and a Master of Accounting from the University of Waterloo, and is a CPA (CA, CMA).

Tim is responsible for all aspects of Harmonic’s legal affairs, including corporate governance, commercial transactions, intellectual property, licensing, M&A, data privacy, compliance and litigation. He also leads Harmonic’s global human resources function and oversees the company’s talent and engagement initiatives, organizational strategies, and HR programs and processes.
Prior to joining Harmonic, Timothy served as General Counsel and Vice President, Administration at Phoenix Technologies Ltd., a core systems and application software company that he helped take private through a sale to Marlin Equity Partners. Previously, Tim served as Director of Corporate Legal Affairs and Assistant Secretary at Solectron Corporation, a Fortune 500 electronics manufacturing services company that was sold to Flextronics for $3.6 billion. Tim began his legal career as an associate in the New York and Helsinki offices of White & Case LLP before joining Venture Law Group in Silicon Valley as a senior attorney. Tim earned his B.A. in Economics and Chinese Literature and Language and his J.D. from the University of Michigan.

Pamela Gillies oversees Harmonic’s marketing strategy, focusing on amplifying the company's global presence and leadership in the media and broadband industries. With over 20 years of experience as a dynamic and results-driven marketing leader, Pamela has unparalleled expertise in global marketing, business strategy, brand development, operations and digital transformation across a variety of industries and sectors.
Before joining Harmonic, Pamela was the vice president of marketing at the National Content & Technology Cooperative (NCTC). She has served on various boards, including the Mid-America Cable Telecommunications Association (MACTA) and Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) Rocky Mountain chapter, and is an active speaker and podcaster. Pamela holds an MBA degree from Colorado State University.
Walter Jankovic
Chief Financial Officer
Walter Jankovic leads the financial strategy for driving growth and business transformation at Harmonic. He is responsible for all aspects of finance, including accounting, tax and treasury, financial planning and analysis and investor relations. Walter is also responsible for driving operational excellence and oversees Harmonic’s business operations, including supply chain management and manufacturing, facilities, IT and cybersecurity.
Walter has over 30 years of executive experience in senior finance and leadership roles from a range of publicly-listed technology companies. Previously, he served as senior vice president and general manager of the datacom business unit at Lumentum, president of optical connectivity at Oclaro (acquired by Lumentum), senior vice president of key business units at Celestica, and vice president of finance for various business segments at Celestica. Earlier in his career, he held several finance leadership roles at Nortel Networks, and was an engagement manager at Deloitte. Walter holds a B.A. in Chartered Accountancy Studies and a Master of Accounting from the University of Waterloo, and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA, CMA).

Jeremy Rosenberg plays a pivotal role in growing Harmonic’s sales and technical development, helping to identify and protect the company’s visionary, industry-leading intellectual property. With years of experience in technology strategy consulting and finance in the media industry, Jeremy is key to Harmonic’s evolution and strong financial performance in a distinctly dynamic market.
Jeremy came to Harmonic from Music Choice, the world's first digital programming service and a longstanding Harmonic customer, which he co-founded and where he served as the SVP of Technology. Jeremy is an inventor on 60 patents in media technology. His experience also includes technology strategy consulting for Motorola's media business and financial positions in the media industry, including CFO of Visible World (acquired by Comcast). Jeremy holds a B.S. in Economics and Decision Sciences from the Wharton School and an M.B.A. from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.

With over a decade of experience leading sales and customer network architecture teams, Dan possesses invaluable insights into the operator community that enable him to identify opportunities for Harmonic’s market-leading virtualized broadband platform and solve network challenges to streamline internet delivery. Dan holds a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from Columbia University and a B.A. in Physics from Colgate University.

Noam Adika leads research and development for Harmonic’s Broadband Business, driving technology innovation across the company’s extensive fiber, DOCSIS and cloud-based solutions portfolio. Under Noam's leadership, his team has spearheaded the development of industry-leading broadband solutions, ensuring Harmonic remains at the forefront of technological advancements and market leadership.
Over the course of his 25-year career at Harmonic, Noam managed the company’s Israeli Development Center. There, he oversaw the development of software- and hardware-based video stream processing and cable edge solutions, significantly contributing to the company’s technological evolution and product offerings. Noam graduated cum laude from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology with an M.S. degree.

Yaniv Ben-Soussan shapes the strategy and guides the execution of Harmonic’s broadband customer interactions to deliver a seamless experience across all touchpoints, including support, services and deployment, ensuring customer success. He is a seasoned global sales and marketing executive with extensive experience in building high-performing sales teams, leading strategic marketing campaigns and developing go-to-market strategies.
With over 20 years of leadership experience at Harmonic, Yaniv has been instrumental in bringing innovative products and solutions to market. He holds a B.S. degree in Communication Engineering from Holon Institute of Technology.

Jeffrey Glahn leads the strategic direction of Harmonic’s global broadband sales business, driving growth across key markets. His leadership has been pivotal in expanding Harmonic’s broadband market share and accelerating the growth of the company’s fiber and cloud services offerings. A seasoned executive with 20 years of experience in the broadband and telecommunications industries, Jeffrey’s career spans product development and management roles at Comcast, Motorola, Google, and TE Connectivity. Prior to joining Harmonic, he led sales at Xperi/TiVo. Jeffrey has a B.S. degree in Information Systems from The Pennsylvania State University and has completed the Executive Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Asaf Matatyaou drives the strategic vision for Harmonic’s broadband solutions, leading product management, strategy and solution architectures, including the company’s cOS™ virtualized broadband platform and device portfolio. With over 20 years of experience as an engineer, inventor and executive in the broadband industry, Asaf pioneered the evolution of access solutions and has been instrumental in advancing key industry initiatives, helping shape the future of broadband technology. A recognized thought leader, he frequently shares insights at industry events and contributes to the broader dialog on the transformation of broadband networks. Asaf holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of California, Davis.

Andrew O’Dell spearheads all post-sales operations for Harmonic’s Video Business, including support and services, customer success, implementation and SaaS back-office administration. With over a decade-long tenure at Harmonic, Andrew has held pivotal leadership roles including Vice President of Global SaaS Services, Customer Success and Technical Support demonstrating his unwavering commitment to enhancing customer experiences and driving their success. Andrew's extensive background spans the operational and manufacturing sectors of the media, broadcast and entertainment industry. Prio to Harmonic, Andrew held various leadership positions at Ericsson and Arqiva. Andrew holds a B.S. degree in Media Technology from Surrey University.

Lena Pavlovskaia drives research and development initiatives for Harmonic’s Video Business, ensuring they align with the company's vision and business objectives. With a focus on developing cutting-edge technologies, Lena leads and mentors global teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. She plays a key role in coordinating cross-functional R&D efforts to facilitate seamless product launches, positioning the company at the forefront of technological advancements.
With 13 years at Harmonic, Lena brings extensive expertise and leadership experience to her role. Before joining Harmonic, she served as Vice President of Advanced Development at Active Video Networks. Lena has a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from CC RAS.

Gil Rudge leads the evolution of Harmonic’s cloud- and software-based streaming, media processing and delivery solutions. His thought leadership has been integral in driving strategic collaborations with customers and partners in the industry.
Gil started his journey at Harmonic nearly 20 years ago. Over the course of his career, he led engineering and product management teams, held technical solution roles in the marketing team, and most recently, headed the North America and LATAM sales and services teams. Gil’s deep technical knowledge and keen understanding of the streaming and broadcast industries has enabled Harmonic to develop innovative solutions to solidify the company’s position as an unrefuted market leader. Gil is a cum laude graduate of the Technion, Israel’s Institute of Technology, and holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science.
